Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Portage County Probate Court, 203 W. Main St., #2, Ravenna, OH 44266, on the 2nd day of July, 2026 and Arnold L. Claburn was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
