 You are hereby notified that Catherine A. Miller whose residence was 543 Brush Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 died November 16, 2025; Decedent’s purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Portage County Probate Court, 203 W Main St #2, Ravenna, OH 44266, on the 9th day of June 2026; and Louis J. Miller was appointed as executor/fiduciary.

 Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
