Schott whose residence was 5241 Sunnybrook Rd., Kent, OH 44240 died September 8, 2024; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Portage County Probate Court, 203 W. Main St., Ravenna, OH 44266, on the 11th day of March 2025; and David A. Schott, Jr. was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
