Nancy White, Plaintiff vs. Billy Atkinson, et al., Defendants.

Billy Atkinson, whose last known address is 416 East Park Ave., Apt A, Barberton, OH 44203 and 110 Greenwich Rd., Apt. 39, Seville, OH 44273, but whose last known address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on September 17, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Companionship and Parenting Proceeding Affidavit and on September 18, 2025 an Amended Motion for Companionship in the Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2023 DR 00696, requesting an Order of Companionship with the minor child stating that she has been very much involved in the child life including being his sole legal custodian for many years.

Please take notice that a hearing is set for March 16, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Kohrs.
