KeyBank, National Association, 4910 Tiedeman Road, 6th Floor, Brooklyn, OH 44144, Plaintiff vs. Benjamin W. Dressler, Individually and as Executor of Estate of Donald J. Dressler aka Donald Dressler, Deceased, et al., Defendants.

The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, their Spouses and Creditors, and the Fiduciary of the Estate of Donald J. Dressler aka Donald Dressler, Deceased and Spouse and Creditors of the decedent, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on April 28, 2015, KeyBank, National Association filed its Complaint in Case No. 2015 CV 00328 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $67,109.47, plus accrued interest of $980.02, plus interest at 3.25% (variable) per annum from September 11, 2014, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 2145 and Vacant Land on Waterloo Road, Mogadore, OH 44260, being Permanent Parcel Numbers: 36-008-00-00-011-000 and 36-008-00-00-011-001

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before September 24, 2015.
