Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward E. Hale, whose last known address is 1937 13th Street, Southwest, Akron, OH 44314 and the Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Edward E. Hale, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 19, 2014, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint and on February 19, 2015 its Amended Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2014 12 5587, demanding judgment against the defendant, Edward E. Hale, et al. in the sum of $42,189.07 plus interest at the rate of 7.125% per annum from May 1, 2014, due on a promissory note; that the mortgage deed on the following described real estate:

given to secure said note be foreclosed; that the defendants named herein be required to answer and set up any claim that they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first lien on said premises for this amount so owing; that said premises be ordered appraised, advertised and sold according to law, and that from the proceeds the plaintiff be paid the amount found due it, including all costs and advances; and for such other and further relief as equity entitled it to receive.

Said above named defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 4th day of June, 2015.
