Generation Mortgage Company, Plaintiff vs. Nydah Lee Ellet, Trustee of the Nydah Lee Ellet Revocable Living Trust dated March 14, 2005, et al., Defendants.

Defendants, Nydah Lee Ellet aka Nydah Ellet, Individually, whose last known address is 4234 Webb Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 and Nydah Lee Ellet, Trustee of the Nydah Lee Ellet Revocable Living Trust dated March 14, 2005, whose last known address is 4234 Webb Road, Ravenna, OH 44266, will take notice that on June 3, 2014, Generation Mortgage Company, filed its Amended Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2014 CV 00327, alleging that the Defendants, Nydah Lee Ellet aka Nydah Ellet, Individually and Nydah Lee Ellet, Trustee of the Nydah Lee Ellet Revocable Living Trust dated March 14, 2005, have or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below.

Premises commonly known as: 4234 Webb Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266

Permanent Parcel Number: 33-057-00-00-001-015.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 18th day of August, 2014.
