To: The unknown heirs and their legal representatives and their heirs and legal representatives, if any, whose names, places of residence and/or existence are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
You are hereby notified that Jenny Gillis whose address was 383 Ravenna Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241 passed away on August 19, 2010.
Decedent's Last Will and Testament was filed and admitted to record in the Portage County Probate Court, 203 West Main Street, 3rd Floor, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, on the 25th day of August, 2010 and Titus Jackman was appointed as Executor.
Any action to contest the validity of the Will must be filed no more than three (3) months after a certificate is filed with the Court evidencing the giving of this Notice.
