NOTICE OF A PETITION FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION

Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, OHRA West Park MHP, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Gemstone Communities., intends to petition the Portage County Municipal Court to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled in the name of Daniel Wolford. The manufactured home is located at 6283 Suelynn Drive, Lot 30, Ravenna, OH 44266.
