NOTICE OF A PETITION FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION
Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Village Estates MHC, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Horizon Land Co., intends to petition the Portage Municipal Court to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled to Porter Fisher. The manufactured home is located at 3022 SR 59, Lot A11, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
