John Doe, whose current address is unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 22, 2026, Christine Miller filed a complaint for allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, complaint/motion for legal custody, complaint/ motion for temporary custody, motion for emergency custody, ex-parte motion for emergency custody, motion for child, support of the minor child, and appointment of guardian ad litem for the minor child JOY FREEMAN (DOB 5/12/2023) in the Portage County Domestic Relations Court praying for legal custody of JOY FREEMAN and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem necessary under the circumstances.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that he is required to answer the Complaint on or before the 17th day of November, 2026, and that a pretrial hearing in this matter has been scheduled for December 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. and Trial is set for February 3, 2027, at 1:00 p.m.
