Arrowood of Walden Condominium Association, Plaintiff vs. C. Geist Ely, Jr., et al., Defendants.

C. Geist Ely, Jr, whose last known address was 286 Tinker's Trail, Aurora, Ohio 44202 and City Loan Financial Services, Inc., whose last known address was 23200 Chagrin Blvd., Beachwood, OH 44122, will take notice that on November 14, 2016, Arrowood of Walden Condominium Association filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $14,470.42 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 286 Tinker's Trail, Aurora, Ohio 44202, being permanent parcel no. 03-020-30-00-100-000, and further described as being:

Situated in the City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio:

And known as being Unit 43-R and an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities of The Arrowood of Walden Condominium, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings of the Portage County Records of Plats, Plat 94-55, as originally declared in Volume 1114, Pages 921 through 1036, Portage County Records.

Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of plaintiff's condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks.
