The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-RS9, Plaintiff v Lisa M. Mullett aka Lisa Marie Vlasaty, et al Defendants.

The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendant: Philip C. Snyder II, whose last known place of residence is: Addresses Unknown, Each of you will take notice that on February 23, 2017, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, being 2017CV00187 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $68,943.05 plus interest at 8.50000% per annum from March 8, 2016, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 8867 South Main Street, Windham, Ohio 44288 being permanent parcel number 41-046-00-00-062-000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property of be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
