Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank, 724 Boardman-Poland Road, Yougstown, Ohio 44512, Plaintiff v Bradley Kent Dillman, Deceased, et al. Defendants.

Bradley Kent Dillman, Deceased, Jane Doe, real name unknown, Spouse, if any, of Bradley Kent Dillman, Kevin Dillman, Keri Dillman and Jason Dillman, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on May 16, 2016, Talmer Bank and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank filed its Complaint in Case No. 2016 CV 00442 in the Court of Common Pleas Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $73,144.25, plus interest at the rate of 3.75% per annum from May 4, 2016, plus late charges applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 529 Day Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, being PPN: 31-315-10-00-146-000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of said promissory note, the conditions of said mortgage have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshaling of liens, and the sale of said property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the August 18, 2016
