The Defendants, Denise R. Dittman and Theodore Dittman aka Theodore M. Dittman, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 10, 2014, U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, in Trust for Registered Holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-FF2, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint against them in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2014 10 4645 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 435 Ashland Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Permanent Parcel No. 02-04725 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may claim to have an interest in this Real Estate.
The above named Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the above named Defendants fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
