E. & N. D. Cathel O.R.V. 142, Page 451, a distance of 181.00 feet to a point witnessing an iron pipe found 0.03' N. and 0.11' E. and passing by an iron pipe found 0.79' E. and 29.98' N. from the center line; thence turning N. 90 deg. 00' 00" E., along the South line of Deerfield Raceway Deed #200307582, a distance of 67.00 feet to a capped rebar set; thence turning S. 00 deg. 00' 00" E., along the West line of J. C. Hoschar Deed #200215662, a distance of 181.00 feet back to the true place of beginning, passing by an iron pipe found 0.03' E. and 28.81' N. from the center line. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
