In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2026 CV 00298.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Helen Theresa Kraina, et al., Defendants.
Helen Theresa Kraina, 1122 Courtland Road, Weirton, West Virginia 26062 and Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Helen Theresa Kraina, address unknown, will take notice that on March 26, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00298 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 08-012-10-00-111-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
