In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk’s Office of the PORTAGE COUNTY RAVENNA MUNICIPAL - CIVIL of Portage County, Ohio on the 3RD DAY OF MARCH 2026, and to me directed in the case above named I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of the 1523 LADY ANNE, STREETSBORO, OH 44241 in the CITY of STREETSBORO, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on 04/06/2026 @ 10:00 am of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to wit:

A second sale date will be held on 04/13/2026 @ 10:00 am, if the home does not sell on 04/06/2026. The second sale will be held at the 1523 LADY ANNE, STREETSBORO, OH 44241 in the CITY of STREETSBORO, County of Portage, State of Ohio.
Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at THIRTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $32,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TWENTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the CAMELOT MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, CAMELOT MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
