A and B, 6706 Cleveland Road, Apts. 1-7, and 6278 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266; will take notice that on February 24, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00171 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel numbers 32-009-00-00-011-000, 32-020-11-00-106-000, 31-360-03-00-162-000, 31-366-24-00-150-000, 29-311-20-00-014-000, 29-311-20-00-015-000, and 29-311-20-00-016-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
Located at 4917 Greenwood Road, Rootstown, Ohio; 4887 South Prospect Street, Rootstown, Ohio; 231 Central Avenue, Ravenna, Ohio; 425 Walnut Street, Ravenna, Ohio; 6706 Cleveland Road, Ravenna, Ohio; 6278 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 17th day of April 2026.
