LEGAL NOTICE
In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2025 CV 01074.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Route 76 & 14 Inc., et al., Defendants.
Route 76 & 14 Inc., Malawi Limited, The Huntington National Bank, John A. Harig, Jr., Mark Laube, and Chesapeake Exploration LLC, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 10, 2025, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2025 CV 01074 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel numbers 11-317-10-00-023-000, 11-317-10-00-024-000, 11-317-10-00-025-000, 11-317-10-00-026-000, 11-317-10-00-027-000, 11-317-10-00-028-000, 11-317-10-00-029-000, 11-317-10-00-030-000, 11-317-10-00-031-000, 11-317-10-00-032-000, 11-317-10-00-033-000, 11-317-10-00-034-000. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.:
Known as: 6289 Dundee Lane, 6292 Dundee Lane, 6284 Dundee Lane, 6276 Dundee Lane, 6256 Dundee Lane, 6232 Dundee Lane, 6212 Dundee Lane, 4323 Killian Way, 4331 Killian Way, 4343 Killian Way, Ravenna, Edinburg Township, Ohio

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 30th day of January 2026.
