Whereas, Judgment of Foreclosure has been rendered against certain parcels of real property and personal property for taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and costs as follows:

Permanent Parcel No(s).: 11-182-00-00-018-000 and 11-182-00-00-019-000

Property Location: 7583 Yale Road, Township of Edinburg, Portage County, Ohio

Property also known as: being part of Subdiv. #1 in Lot S.E. in the Township of Edinburg Property Descriptions: Available at Portage County Recorder’s Office

Name and address of last known owners: George H. Corzine, Estate of George H. Corzine, Linda R. Corzine, 7583 Yale Road, Atwater, Ohio 44201; and Linda Corzine, 2219 Roberts Journey, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.

Amount of Judgment, the fair market value of the parcels, as determined by the county auditor, $131,820.00 plus costs of the foreclosure proceedings, $1,164.00; “MINIMUM BID”: $132,984.00.

All of the above properties being subject to restrictions, covenants, limitations, conditions, easements, and rights of way of record, running with the land.

Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property consisting of the specified parcels to be sold together by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, BRUCE D. ZUCHOWSKI, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell said parcels identified as permanent parcel number(s): 11-182- 00-00-018-000 and 11-182-00-00-019-000 at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $132,984.00 for the property.

SALE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION: The sale will be held on JUNE 3, 2024 at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 at 1:00 AM. in the room located off the lobby.

In the event the property does not receive a sufficient bid at the first sale, it shall be offered for sale under the same terms and conditions as the first sale and at the same of day and at the same place on JUNE 17, 2024 for an amount that equals at least $132,984.00.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
