Brad Cromes Portage County Treasurer, 449 S. Meridian, Ravenna, Ohio. 44266, Plaintiff vs. Rosemary Donnelly, et al., Defendants.

ROSEMARY DONNELLY, and THE UNKOWN TENANTS, UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS, AND/OR PARTIES IN POSSESSION UNDER ANY CLAIMS, and The UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISES, LEGATEES, ADMINSTRATOR, EXECUTORS, SPOUSES, NEXT OF KIN AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN GUARDIANS OF MINOR AND/OR INCOMPETENT HEIRS OF ROSEMARY DONNELLY, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on March 31, 2023, Brad Cromes, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2023 CV 00271 and also on October 20, 2023 a First Amended Complaint, to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number(s): 31-305-20-00-171-000; 31-305-20-00-172-000; 31-305-20-00-175-000. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties and interest on the following described real estate.

SITUATED IN THE CITY OF RAVENNA, COUNTY OF PORTAGE AND STATE OF OHIO:

AND KNOWN AS BEING THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT NO. TWENTY-ONE (21) AND THE NORTH FIFTY-EIGHT (58) FEET OF LOT NO. TWENTY-TWO (22) IN THE WEST MAIN STREET ALLOTMENT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 20 IN PORTAGE COUNTY RECORDS OF PLATS, SAID TRACT FRONTING ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH SCRANTON STREET, BEING NINETY (90) FEET WIDE AND ONE HUNDRED FOUR (104) FEET DEEP.

ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SCRANTON STREET 160.82 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE SET AT E. MONTIGNEY'S SOUTHWEST PROPERTY CORNER; THENCE S. 88° 22' E.
