Defendants, Karolyn L. Coontz, whose last known address is 3440 Hommon Road, Ravenna, OH 44266, Adam S. Coontz And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Adam S. Coontz, Whose last known Address is 1712 Secor Road, Apt E, Toledo, OH 43607 And John and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators Executors and Assigns of Thomas O. Coontz, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, That on January 25, 2023 The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to TCF National Bank Successor by Merger to Chemical Bank Successor by Merger to Talmer Bank and Trust Successor by Merger to First Place Bank fka First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Warren Successor in interest to FFY Bank fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown Successor in Interest to Ravenna Saving Bank, filed its AMENDED Complaint in Case Number 2022CV00746, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Karolyn L. Coontz, Adam S. Coontz And Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Adam S. Coontz And John and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators Executors and Assigns of Thomas O. Coontz, have or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

 

Premises commonly known as 4213 Sandy Lake, Ravenna, OH 44266

Parcel Nos.: 32-019-00-00-035-000 and 32-019-00-00-036-000.

 

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before June 2, 2023.
