FIG as Custodian for FIG OH18, LLC and secured party, Plaintiff vs. Nora Taylor, et al., Defendants.
Nora Taylor and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nora Taylor, whose last known addresses are 4379 Sandy Lake Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 and 4830 Greenwood Road, Rootstown, OH 44272 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Minnie Woods, who holds a Dower interest and whose last known address is 4379 Sandy Lake Lane, Ravenna, OH 44272, will take notice that on June 18, 2021, FIG as Custodian for FIG OH18, LLC and secured party, filed its Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2021 CV 00381, alleging that the Defendants Nora Taylor and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nora Taylor and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Minnie Woods, who holds a Dower interest, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as 4379 Sandy Lake Road, Ravenna, OH 44266
Parcel No.: 32-019-00-00-049-000.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before September 3, 2021.
