KeyBank, National Association, 127 Public Square, Cleveland, OH 44113, Plaintiff vs. Susan Yurochko, et al., Defendants.
Susan Yurochko and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Susan Yurochko, addresses unknown, will take notice that on April 12, 2019, KeyBank, National Association, as Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. 2019 CV 00295.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate, owned by Susan Yurochko, to-wit:
145 Cedar Avenue, Ravenna, OH 44266
Permanent Parcel No. 31-349-04-00-212-000
The relief demanded in the foreclosure of Plaintiff's mortgage is the amount of $26,946.59, plus interest at the variable rate of 5.95 percent per annum from August 1, 2018, until paid; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the mortgage be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further, that the Defendants, Susan Yurochko and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Susan Yurochko, be required to Answer setting forth their claims or interests in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 28th day of August 2019.
